Human Resources Manager I Scaling Tech
Talentedge HR is representing a scaling Tech company in hiring a People Operations Manager based in London. The role is a 12-month FTC hybrid with two days in London.
As the People Operations Manager, you will work closely with the CPO to deliver exceptional employee experiences and HR support.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete management of the People data and HR systems.
- Oversee the entire Employee Lifecycle, support all employees through their journey from day one, and create frameworks to engage, develop and retain employees.
- Input into and continuously improve our employee value proposition.
- Develop and drive engagement for our employee benefits programmes, including health and wellbeing, learning and other perks.
- Be the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR advice and support for managers.
- Manage the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all UK employees.
- Manage risk on IR35 and other HMRC-audited issues.
- Support the US and European offices.
- Take ownership of employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinaries.
- Assist with onboarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees.
Your Background
- Several years of proven experience scaling People Operations in a Scale-up environment.
- Experience in supporting business transitions such as carve-outs, integrations, or acquisitions.
- Confident in using various HRIS and Workflow tools and have implemented a system.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage individuals at all levels.
- Solid UK payroll knowledge.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment laws, regulations and compliance requirements.
- The US and European experiences are highly beneficial.
What's on Offer
A salary of £70k to £75k plus a 10% bonus.
